1. 10-Day Quantity Assurance
At Legend Lash Factory, we take every measure to ensure your order is accurate and well-packaged. However, if you discover any discrepancies in the quantity of goods or encounter visible issues such as:
– Missing items,
– Broken or scratched packaging,
– Products disarrayed within the box,
Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Our team will promptly assist you in resolving the issue to ensure your satisfaction.
2. 6-Month Product Quality Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:
– Defective products due to manufacturing issues,
– Quality-related concerns affecting the usability of the lashes.
We will work with you to address the problem by providing replacements or other solutions as needed.
3. Exchange and Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
Notify our customer support team within assurance and warranty time after receiving your order. Please provide:
– Your order code.
– A detailed description of the issue.
– Photos or videos of the product showing the defect or incorrect item.
Step 2: Approval
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions for returning the product.
Step 3: Return the product
Ship the item back to us in its original packaging, unused, and in the condition it was received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Exchange or refund
– For exchanges: We will send you the correct or replacement item as soon as we receive and inspect the returned product.
– For refunds: A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to process.
4. Exceptions and Limitations
Our warranty does not cover:

– Issues reported beyond the specified warranty or reporting periods.
– Damage caused by shipping carriers: We are not responsible for damages that occur during transit. However, if you experience such an issue, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in resolving it with the courier.
